Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole

From the moment I checked in, the experience was seamless, starting with a very warm and professional welcome from the helpful reception team. This excellent service continued into the morning, where Judy provided amazing service at breakfast; she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly made the start of the day special. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't massive, it focuses on quality over quantity, with every single dish tasting premium and fresh, including the luxury touch of high-quality Wagyu steak available in the morning. The dining room also offers beautiful, fantastic views looking out over the Seoul skyline. Additionally, the Executive Lounge was a great perk, offering a delicious, well-prepared food selection, with the risotto and grilled scallops being a particular standout. Thank you to the reception team, Judy from breakfast and the lounge staff for a wonderful stay. I would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at this fairly new hotel. The staff was lovely, Ethan helped us a lot. The Suites are very pretty designed and offer a great view. The mall is a plus. Unfortunately not everything was perfect. As some mentioned before: you can hear the trains. It is so loud that even earplugs won't do. This is really annoying because soundproof should be a priority in a new building. Also a bit annoying was the shower. The water won't drain properly. Other that that, great value for money, the lively Seongsu is very close. If the management is able to solve the issue with the soundproofing we would definitely return.

I really like the design of this hotel. It’s simple, but has subtle elegance with touches of green color which is my favorite. The staff were very friendly and attentive and thanks to my good memory I was very delighted to see the name of the general manager on the welcome letter which I saw at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul before. I am so grateful for the welcome amenities. Also my sister and I really enjoyed the breakfast and the evening delight. Almost all of the food had mild flavor which I love. I will definitely visit this hotel again in the foreseeable future.

The hotel is very nice with a great view from the higher floors. The location is also great and just right next to a nice mall with some good restaurants as well as next to the metro station which is super convenient. The room itself is very spacious and has everything that is needed.
It' not about not liking, but if you have information leaflets in the rooms about when towels and bed linen is changed and what to do if you want a change before this, it should also be followed. It clearly says, towels on the floor = change. I never left my towels on the floor and yet everyday I got new towels. This is not very sustainable and against what you preach to do.

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel in Seoul, look no further than Pullman Ambassador Eastpole. This hotel is absolutely amazing and luxurious, my expectations were certainly exceeded. The staff at the hotel are fantastic and you could say they treat guests as royalty. Further, the amenities this hotel offers are top-notch, a fine dining steakhouse, champagne bar, a large pool and jacuzzi on the 22nd floor, a gym with plenty of equipment, etc. The rooms themselves are also a good size and offer luxury amenities such as blackout electronic curtains and blinds…. Overall, the Pullman Ambassador is a fantastic choice for those looking for a luxury hotel & luxury experience. I will certainly be returning.
