Provista Hotel

Great location and great rooms. Stayed here for 10 days in a room with two beds. Super comfortable and lots of space. There’s a little kitchen with a small combo washer/dryer and induction stove.

Nice room, felt clean enough. Great location.

The underfloor heating was intense, overheated the room tbh but I imagine it would be wonderful in colder weather.

Having to turn on the hot water for shower was a bit annoying but only delayed a few mins.

We had a room with a loft area which was super cool, but completely pointless since the bed is on the ground level and they don't offer additional beds.

The hotel is above (and below) a hospital, which was a bit of a shock, and uncomfortable being in a lift with my luggage and patients transfering. Lift can get super busy with all the patients plus hotel guests.

Rooms could be more decent, but it was clean. English instruction is desired. Service and location were good.

Shower would not keep water hot, even with the boiler on the hottest setting. Also, the guests next door kept being loud (banging on the walls next to the bed) till early morning. The only thing that was good was the staff; they were very nice.

The room is very spacious and its location in the city is very strategic, which is near the Gangnam station. Overall, the hotel is clean, the utilities (air conditioning, water pressure, and water heat) are satisfactory. Only, two-person room can get one key.
