Pampas Hotel Jeju

Got a big room with balcony. The shower had a dirty shaver with tiny hairs on it as well as an open toothpaste and soap in the shower, probably left by previous guests. Unbelievably disgusting.

Stayed at Pampas Hotel in Jeju and overall it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location is great, especially if you want easy access to the coast and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and simple, with enough space for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring the island.

Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for the price it offers good value and a quiet place to rest. If you’re planning a trip around Jeju and need a practical base, Pampas Hotel is a reasonable choice.

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service

Our stay at Pampas Hotel Jeju was underwhelming, due to the terrible service. While the room itself was average (nothing special but acceptable), the front desk staff provided the worst service we’ve ever encountered.

The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly to our needs. Whether checking in or asking simple questions, the attitude was lazy and unprofessional, which completely ruined our impression of the hotel.

For the price paid, we expected at least basic courtesy and efficiency, but unfortunately, this was missing. There are far better options in Jeju with better value and service—we won’t be returning.

Building generally feels old with chipped walls, especially the bathroom. That said, for the price I think the location is good near the airport. The building isn’t oceanfront though, so don’t expect ocean views. There is no hotel provided airport shuttle, so be prepared to hail a cab.

Beautiful modern designed room, clean, but the bedding is not very comfy as the fabric is a bit rough. Next to the coast. Downside is there is no frequent bus to get to other locations. The reception working time is from 7am to 11pm
