Ocean 2 Heaven

The receptionist doesn't speak English at all. Doesn't know basic tourist thing about the city. The breakfast is very limited.
Rooms are very clean and location very good.
I don't come back here anyway.

so disappointed my family check in thinking we will have a pleasant place coz the price is kinda expensive it's 260000won or 180$ no heater No ac the staff telling me the ac is not allowed to use coz its winter and offer to me to open our terrace door to get a free air from outside like we pay for a bed and a shower i think the price is not reasonable and if the management will not offer an AC atleast a small fan coz no one wants to open the door just to get an air from outside and hear all the loud sound while we're sleeping. for sure we will not come back in this hotel.

The price is good, but please note that there is a bit of a chemical smell in the room, possibly due to a recent renovation. The professionalism of the staff is just average.

Good price. Great ubication. The staff was friendly but the lack of english really struggle the direct communication. The hotel doesn’t have their own building, so they have 2 floors in a big building (not well maintained).

I found the room to be pleasant and clean, and the location was in the area I wanted and very close to Metro stations.

However, what really made this for me was the service. For a small hotel, the team went out of their way to assist - my bag was lost by the airline for four days, and the staff was incredible in following up multiple times on my behalf and ensuring that I received my bag before leaving for my next destination. I was hugely grateful and would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Busan!
