Hotel was in a great location, easy to get busses all over Seoul and the train, the airport limousine also stopped right outside. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday and the hotel had great amenities such as laundry, luggage lockers, microwave ect

Would recommend aa very well priced and good location as well as staff very friendly and spoke English well too!

The location was great as the hotel are surround with restaurants and shopping places. They offer coffee at the reception and water refill at every floor so that is very easy for the customers.

We truly appreciate Irene at the front desk; her assistance with our request was exceptional! Thank you so much.😄

Checked in today at the hotel, came from ICN airport so the hotel was easy to get to on the 6001 bus. We were served by Louis Kim who was very helpful and could communicate easily in English. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is clean too. We would highly recommend.

Had a great experience here. Kim Irene was so helpful and polite! Even though we checked in at 2 AM, she was very quick and professional. We really appreciated being able to get to our room so fast.

Access was good as the airport bus stops by in front of the entrance. Staff are great and communication was no issue at all, as I don’t speak a word of Korean. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Although I didn’t need the 9 types of pillows, that’s a plus point. Free coffee was a life saver in the morning. Recommended and hope to stay again next time.
