Niagara Hotel

The front desk staff are friendly and the location is convenient. However, the housekeeping is unacceptable.
Despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, a housekeeper entered my room without knocking or warning. When she saw me, she asked if I wanted cleaning— which clearly I do not as I have the DND sign on. Although the front desk apologized, there was no apology from the housekeeper. This raises SERIOUS concerns about privacy.
On the day I did receive housekeeping, the quality was poor. The room wasn’t vacuumed, the teacups were dirty and smelled, and the bedsheets had visible lint and dust.
Fine for a short stay of a night or two, but I wouldn’t recommend anything longer.

Stayed at Shilla, Wyndham Encore and Niagara Hotel and I must say for its price point, I really love this boutique hotel. Listed as three star, but the view, the spaciousness, the bathtub and most importantly the cleanliness is on point.15min walk to subway but honestly, amenities is a close walk away, so your combini, Starbucks is just nearby. Even if you have to Uber to the nearest subway on days you don’t feel like walking it’s already cost computed and worth it for the space and comfort. I will definitely return. 5🌟 for me.

In Korea, this is considered a 3star hotel, but for me, after some countries, it's a full-fledged four-star hotel. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are large and light. The bathroom is also large and has a bathtub instead of a shower, and there are huge windows with a beautiful view.

Very bad hotel. The managef very rude. Becareful you will lost your stuffs. They scream out to me. The food taste bad and there was bugs on it. Hotel toilet flush is not working, its in the middle of no where. Nothing available there. I really have bad experience staying here. Very very bad hotel. Dont ever stay here.

The reception staff were excellent, and the view was nicer than I expected.
However, the breakfast quality did not meet the overall standard of the hotel.
It may be that the restaurant is operated by a different company.
Overall, I had a good stay and will definitely revisit.
