if i could give you 0 stars i would. cancelling my booking 4 days before my flight, after i booked it for almost 2 month. With the excuse that your rooms are full. It took you almost 2 months to realize it? SHAME.

I booked and received a confirmed reservation through Agoda more than 2 months before my trip to Korea. However, just before my flight, the hotel suddenly canceled my booking, claiming that the hotel was fully booked.

The cancellation happened during a period when there was a BTS concert in the area, and hotel prices had increased significantly. As a result, I had to book another hotel at nearly 3 times the original price.

The refund process also takes up to 30 days, which caused additional inconvenience and financial burden during my trip.

I suspect the hotel canceled my reservation to resell the room at a much higher rate. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend booking this hotel.

While I was out, the owner opened the door with the master key and came in. Haha. When I complained, he said that if I was dissatisfied, I should get a refund.

It's relatively inexpensive.
It's clean for the price.
It's a good place to stay for business.
