M. stay in Jeju

Booked a room from Agoda on 17-19 May but there was no counter staff and end up i was thinking it was closed. Then they refused to refund my booking as i had booked another room at another hotel. So it was a very bad experience. Definitely a spoiler. They also would not refund even as Agoda spoke to them. Can the manager of this hotel reach out to me for a refund. I wasted 4 uber trips and had a bad experience as i couldnt check in on 17th May ard 1pm when i arrived from Jeju Airport which was suppose to your staff's lunch time. And the swimming pool was not working.

Do not recommend to stay, room is old, front desk staff is super rude. Unwilling to assist. Male staff on duty 30 July afternoon. No standard.

We booked our stay at M-Stay hotel and we wanted to park our car at their free garage. The parking guy let us in, but after a few minutes he changed his mind and started banging hard on the car and forced us away. I NEVER felted this discriminated in the world before! The reception did not want to do anything about it, only talk to the guy ( then we know they did not get it :-()
The rooms are noisy, but decent enough. I am guessing this is hotel is only meant for Koreans on budget.

Great breakfast buffet for only 12,000. Ice cold air-conditioning, pool is nice but only open until 6pm. Lots of families were staying here, so the pool got a bit crowded with kids in the later afternoon. (It's only about 4 feet deep)

Close to the food district and night life. Short walking distance to the airport limousine bus and other bus lines that will take you to all the tourist attractions.

Good location within seogwipo, within walking distance to a street with good nightlife including food and some music. Staff was nice and room was clean. But there really wasn't anything to rave about. Bathroom was nice but with only bare minimum toiletries and no bath. I would stay again if I had to, but would rather find a nice pension instead.
