Great location. Close to subway line and there are heaps of shops under the apartment
Privately owned studio, one and two bedroom short-term apartments with kitchenette. The quality of the unit is based on the owner of the unit renting it out. Ours was five star clean. Most owners are using the big reservations companies E.g. Airbnb, Booking, Trip, etc. Some owners are using one of the four onsite management companies (see pictures). Close proximate to subway station. Lots of little restaurants in the building and with in a five minute walk. The building is in a less developed area so it is a 1.5 Km walk to the start of the downtown or two stops on the subway. The common areas are clean. There is building A and B. They are identical, but building A has better views if you’re looking west or north northeast. We stayed here in the fall and late fall and I will stay it was about 40% occupied most of the time. There is a gym that you can purchase day or monthly passes for. We will stay here again because it is clean, quiet. There is a building across the street which also provides short term rentals. That building is a little older and not quite as clean inside (see picture). It too look like it was about 40% occupancy.
Room superb, pristine, same as tower block its in. Quite a few of units on 3 lower floors empty, a few tiny shops for essentials and a few eating places. Outside almost nothing, back end of nowhere.
A compact but adequate apartment with modern decor for a short stay. Nice toilet/shower, adequate kitchen. A nice feature is the enclosed balcony, albeit small but ok for the two chairs and a small table. Location is convenient to Metro, airport express bus 6777 or a walk through Central Park.
This hotel was the designated accommodation for our 4-day, 3-night Korean tour. While the room was not particularly spacious, it was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including a heated floor for comfort during the colder months and a balcony that offered a stunning view of the distant landscape.
Since our daily itineraries started early in the morning and ended late at night, the absence of a 24-hour reception was not much of an inconvenience for us. However, the hotel’s location, being quite far from the city centre, did present a challenge. The extended travel time each day made our schedules feel longer and more exhausting. Despite this, the peaceful surroundings and the comfort of the room provided a relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day.
