Affordable, close to stations, fresh market and restaurant, .not a 5 star place but its clean, easy to find, normal noise for a local neighborhood, laundrymatt 10min walk . Get your seoul turist card and enjoy the trip.

Don’t choose this place. The owner, an elderly man, was extremely rude and had no sense of proper communication. He acted aggressively, made decisions on his own, and never listened to what others had to say. Even though I clearly told him not to clean the room, he kept coming in after I left, almost like a thief, which I really disliked. Also, it is very far from the city center. The surroundings were just average, nothing special.

Heating turns off every 5 min. The vibe of the hotel gives poverty, not 3-stars. Location is ok but not central.

Great experience at La Villa Hotel. The VALUE is great. We stayed here for 6 nights. Very firm bed which I like! Great location close to 2 different train stations within 10min walk. Best of all was the SERVICE 5/5 👏🏽 if you're looking for accomadation with locals all around you and good food places look and very affordable this is the place. Anywhere else for that price in the world you'd pay over $100 a night

Really nice and comfortable hotel in a very nice local neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance.
Easy accessor Bus and metro within walking distance.
The hotel team is very nice and attentive.
Rooms are equipped with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, small fridge etc.
I really enjoyed my stay there (6days).
