L7 Myeongdong

The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early for a fee. Otherwise you can choose to store your luggage with them. Which was pretty much them allowing you to leave your luggages in the lobby with them watching over it.
There are welcome snacks available. Drip coffee comes with the room. My gripe is they only provided paper cups. In addition if you want to grab the nespresso coffee in the lobby, you have to bring your own paper cup. In a positive light, it helps with sustainability? 🤷‍♀️
Location is fantastic, the train exit is right at the hotel entrance. Hotel reception is on level 3. There is a foot spa free for hotel guests to use. Umbrellas can be borrowed from the reception. Next to the hotel is a 7-11 convenience store. Great place to grab a late night snack and famichiki.

Room - Room is big enough for 2 adults and 1 tall child. Would be nicer if it is bigger a big to include a small coffee table or couch area.

Location - Very prime location with Airport bus stopping and picking you up right in front or just metres away. And it is also metres away from the Myeongdong train station.

Service - I have no encounter with service staff as I did not deal with them.

Lifts - each lift has a unique pic designs

Nearby - Myeongdong shopping district is just behind. If you don't like to see people going in and out of the hotel then this place is not a place for you. There is a big 7-11 beside which sell some kpop Cd cheaper than some Audio shop. But please check. Prices may varies..

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was consistently kept clean and had a modern minimalist design that made it feel comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They readily provided everything the hotel had to offer, assisted us in finding our way around the city, and even helped book a taxi for our group of seven.

The hotel itself is very well thought out given the space. It features a spacious lobby and lounge area, as well as convenient amenities such as a gym and conference room.

The location is also perfect — conveniently close to many restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it very easy to explore the area.

I was blown away by the location.
The hotel sits right in the heart of Myeongdong, so stepping out to explore the shopping district is effortless at any time.
Transportation is incredibly convenient: the airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the property, the subway station is just a few steps away, and if you need a taxi, the staff will gladly arrange one for you (the taxi stand is also right outside).
Because it’s operated by Lotte, the service quality feels a cut above the rest. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, no matter what you need. The hotel also offers a coin‑laundry that’s available whenever you feel like doing a quick wash, and the fitness center is arguably the best‑equipped in the Myeongdong area.

Next to the front desk is a guest lounge with a stunning view of Namsan Tower. You can enjoy Nespresso coffee and Korean green tea 24 hours a day, and a Seven‑Eleven is right next door for any Korean snacks or meals you crave. On the top floor, the foot‑spa is free for guests and can be used without any restrictions—truly a “crazy‑good” amenity.

In the evening, I headed up to the rooftop bar with a friend for a glass of wine. The atmosphere was spectacular, which finally explains why so many people recommend L7 Myeongdong. I’m definitely coming back—this hotel has earned a permanent spot on my travel list!

L7 Myeondong was such an awesome stay and I will surely book here again! The hotel is clean and trendy, the staff are friendly and super accommodating! I unknowingly forgot my AirPods in the room after checking-out and they informed that they found it shortly after. Breakfast was good, free water bottles replenished daily, and location was within walking distance to all the shopping in Myeongdong. Our room view was of Namsan Tower which was so cool! The laundry room had ample washers and dryers and they were huge so we were able to do laundry comfortably and fast! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Myeongdong. One tip: Ask for a room that has a full bathroom instead of the room type that has the sink outside of the bathroom.

Also, they have a Photoism booth on the 1st floor which was super convenient and fun to use!
