and good option for indoor viewing of the drone show and stayed away from the cold winter wind.

roofdeck is accessible and gives a different view of the beach and surrounding area.

I recently stayed at Kent Hotel Gwangalli by Kensington and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.

To start with the positives: the breakfast was decent with plenty of options and was never crowded, which made for a relaxing start to the day. The location is also fantastic — just a 15-second walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. My room was very quiet as well, and I couldn’t hear any noise from the street.

However, the negatives outweighed the positives. The hotel’s heating and air conditioning system is outdated and poorly managed. Just looking at the air conditioners, you can tell they are really old. I wouldn't be suprised if there was mold. Someone on my floor turned on the heat, which disabled the air conditioning for the entire floor, making my room unbearably uncomfortable. When I brought this up to the staff, I was moved to another room with a disappointing city view and received no compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There was visible dust and hair in the bathroom, which made it clear the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.

For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, the lack of basic comfort and cleanliness was unacceptable. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Epic beautiful location and beach windows views.

Close to 7 eleven and convenience stores.

One con is the air con is seasonal based.

Spring time now so no air-conditioning for us.

However we can request the fan.

Horrible experience. Booked for a single night, put in a sweltering room with no airflow and then told the air-conditioning only works during the summer. Barely slept all night. Staff were uninterested in serving us when we arrived and rooms were cramped and uncomfortable. Shower floor dangerously slippery. Hotel clearly slapped together on a budget to look flashy in pics but far from comfortable in reality.

We have been at this Place and forget Jeans and some Shorts. They did Not contact us on theire own and they did Not Support any process That we Receive our stuf back.
What a horrible Service, i cannot recommand this Hotel. The badest Service we have Seen in Whole Asia so far.
Anyway the Rooms are really dark and at seafront Spot there is the elivator what a Strange Design!
