Jeju GoldOne Hotel & Suites - 5 Star Award Winning Boutique Hotel

Had a great stay at Jeju GoldOne during May/june 2026. Loved the clean balcony we could hang out on and enjoy snacks and drinks.
Appreciate the friendly staff. Charles Yim is a superstar and helped us when we called and needed help contacting our car rental company whose service number was only in Korean.

I had a really lovely stay at GoldOne Hotel Jeju. The property has a calm, refined atmosphere and the design feels very thoughtful and modern. What stood out most was how peaceful everything felt! From the spacious rooms to the beautiful surrounding scenery.

This winter, my brother and I visited Jeju with the goal of truly exploring the island. We chose to stay on the southern coast facing the ocean, and we couldn’t have picked a better place than GoldOne Hotel & Suites.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the lovely staff, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. Their hospitality alone made the experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning—our room offered a breathtaking ocean view, and the bathtub facing the sea was a highlight, especially during the winter months. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

The facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. The heated swimming pool was wonderful during the cold season, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also has a well-equipped gym. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop, which was perfect for relaxation while enjoying panoramic views of the ocean and surroundings.

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to many restaurants and popular tourist spots. A special surprise was the hotel’s own secret garden, a peaceful space that truly highlights the natural beauty and charm of Jeju Island.

The quality of our stay at GoldOne Hotel & Suites was exceptional, and the memories we built there will stay with me forever. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, beautiful views, and heartfelt hospitality in Jeju.

This hotel has a plaque outside their hotel that says it’s a 4 star hotel, and not a 5 star as shown on Google. Booked here for 10 nights and regretted my decision deeply. Firstly, the cups provided are dirty and it wasn’t a one off occurrence. Cups that were replaced had yellow stains on them. Secondly, house keeping left a dirty towel on the table. Thirdly, stayed here for 10 nights and had to bargain with front desk to extend my check out time for one hour which I found extremely ridiculous. I also wanted to add that for a 4 star hotel, my toilet seat cover is cracked. Also please take note that their heating / AC is not isolated per room and they will ask you to open your balcony doors. However…. Their rooms face the swimming pool.
A saving grace is that they have a pool table (with cues that is badly maintained) and other entertainment such as a switch and table tennis setup. A young lady with curly hair spoke great English and was very hospitable. I however would take my money to stay at the Marriott at Shinhwa area. Prices are in the same range/ slightly cheaper with a premium outlet & a mall attached to the hotel. Will definitely not be back here when there are soooo many other options to choose from!

This hotel is somewhat deceiving from the outside, it is quite opulent inside. If find of exudes and old world charm.
The service if really great, everyone is super helpful.
The rooms are ample, we had a 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect for our family of 4.
The hotel has a large heated pool and modest gym. There is also a free to use laundry room which is handy if you need to cycle some clothes whilst on your travels.
