Super close to the convention center!
Great location and breathtaking views, right next to DCC. Comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money.
This place is very convenient, and sufficient for long term stay. There is a small kitchen with stove but microwave is shared. Cleaning is done weekly but new towels and water is given daily.
Not much of service to speak of, they don't have luggage scales. Nice views from the balcony but it's infested with spiders during spring/summer.
VERY small wardrobe which was a little difficult, and not many shelves and cupboards. The bathroom and furniture are a little run down. You will hear noise from other rooms, in the corridor and from upstairs regularly.
One really irritating thing for foreigners is that the WiFi is terrible.
Rates are very reasonable for long stay though.

Its a guest house for multiple research institutes. Can only be booked thru an institute.
