Almost ok if stay for one night, hotel provided automatic checkin by kiosk/machine, room large and provided everything that necessary for clients but it’s a bit far from metro and airport railroad station.
My recent stay was, without hyperbole, the most profoundly disappointing and uncomfortable accommodation experience I have ever encountered. While the location near Gimpo Airport might appear convenient for a brief stopover, the multitude of critical deficiencies within the room itself rendered it an entirely unsuitable and regrettable choice.
Room Condition & Cleanliness: A Gravely Unacceptable Standard, Compromised Sleep Quality
The state of our room was the paramount factor contributing to this abysmal experience. Upon entry, the most immediate and distressing observation was the egregious lack of cleanliness. The pillowcases and bedsheets were visibly marred by prominent yellow staining, a clear indicator of inadequate sanitation. Furthermore, even the duvet cover exhibited similar unsightly yellow discolorations. This level of filth is not merely off-putting; it actively compromises basic hygiene standards and created an overwhelming sense of discomfort and aversion, making it impossible to feel truly rested or clean. It is frankly inexcusable for any establishment, regardless of its classification, to present bedding in such a deplorable condition.
Adding significantly to the profoundly unpleasant sleeping conditions was the discovery of a plastic mattress protector placed directly between the mattress and the bedsheet. This plastic layer, while potentially intended for hygiene, created a consistently disgusting crinkling and rustling sound with every movement throughout the night. The incessant noise proved to be a severe impediment to achieving any semblance of restful sleep, fundamentally compromising the quality of the bedding and transforming what should be a comfortable sleep surface into an irritating and disruptive experience. This design choice, combined with the visible stains, demonstrates a severe lack of attention to guest comfort and a fundamental misunderstanding of what constitutes an acceptable sleeping environment.
Bathroom Facilities: Neglected Maintenance and Impractical Design
The bathroom presented further significant frustrations. The shower knob was noticeably broken, necessitating an inconvenient and unhygienic manual reattachment of the faulty component each time we wished to shower. This highlights a clear and concerning neglect of essential maintenance. Adding to the impracticality, the provided towels were woefully undersized, akin to small floor mats, and the complete absence of a proper bath mat resulted in the entire bathroom floor becoming thoroughly drenched after each shower. This not only created an unpleasant environment but also posed a significant slip hazard.
Lack of Essential Amenities: A Fundamental Failure
Perhaps the most critical failure in room provision was the complete absence of an air conditioning remote control. Despite an exhaustive search of the room, no remote could be found. Given our late-night arrival and the lack of accessible staff, we were left without any means to adjust the room's climate. Our only recourse was to slightly open the window for ventilation. However, due to the motel's direct proximity to a main road, this resulted in an incessant barrage of loud traffic noise, severely disrupting our sleep and adding another layer of profound discomfort to an already dire situation. The omission of such a fundamental amenity, especially without any alternative solution, demonstrates a severe disregard for guest comfort.
The only advantage of this hotel is its close to the airport. Upon entering the room, there was a smell, I couldn't tell if it was cigarette smoke. and noticeable hair on the floor. When I lifted the duvet, I found hair on the sheets and pillows. I'm unsure if housekeeping replaced the entire bedding set. Additionally, there was a plastic bag under the sheets, making a constant rustling sound. At 11:00 PM, when I was getting ready to take a shower, the faucet had no water, and neither did the showerhead. I tried calling the hotel again, but no one answered. This is the first time I've ever had a broken faucet in a hotel.
Room was dirty with hairs all over the shower and hand marks all over the mirrors with dirt on the floor.
The smell of smoke was incredibly strong and was so thick even with the window open all night it smelt just as strong the following morning.
It is a Motel and not a Hotel.
Would never stay here again,
Do not recommend at all.
( the staff downstairs was kind )
