The room was okay: a bit too dark and the bathroom light was really not great but overall the room was nice. However the customer service was not great. On the first day the cleaning team lost a valuable item of mine by taking it accidentally with the sheets and it couldn't be found. Despite the hotel being at fault for the loss of the item, they refused to compensate me.

Water is not clear and clean. The water left weird, filthy taste in my mouth after brushing teeth. Fix that!
