A great stay in the heart of the city. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The room is clean and well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience

This place is amazing, I have stayed all over the world and hands down this has been in my top two. The staff is friendly and welcoming but Alex always went above and beyond. We stayed ten days and without a doubt the rooms remained clean and relaxing. Everything from the lobby to the restaurants has been a joy and we will definitely return.

Recently stayed at this hotel.
1) there is no shower curtain in the bath tub and hence water will be all over the floor. Must be very careful as the floor is very slippery.
2) no power point at the bed area
3) Cleaning service is very very poor. Cleaning staff attitude is poor and do a lot of short-cut. Room cleanliness is below par.
4) Breakfast spread is very very limited. Better to eat outside.

I am utterly disgusted by my experience at this hotel and need to warn others. This is not just about bad service; it's about a complete violation of trust.

First, the room was not clean. The bedding had visible black spots and stains, which is gross and unacceptable.

The worst part, and the reason for this review, is that the housekeeping staff THREW AWAY OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. It was not a mistake. My personal toothbrush was in a cup by the sink, and my friend's entire, brand-new package of make-up remover pads was left on the bathroom counter. Both items were clearly our property, not trash.

When we reported this to the front desk, the hotel management and the staff member categorically DENIED it. They refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution. They threw away my health/hygiene product and my friend's new, unused property and then lied to our faces.

This is unbelievable negligence and a complete lack of respect for guest property. Never, ever stay here. They cannot be trusted.

Definitely not recommended.
Hotel only slightly better looking than it should be.
Only a small mirror in the bathroom.
Everything is furnished for appearance only.
No functionality.
No microwave in the rooms.
I now know why this hotel is the only one not filled.
