Great Location and easy to find
Bed sheet strained
They are now under renovating, chemical smells are everywhere, even in bed room you have to open window for fresh air.

The only good things there are the bed and 7 eleven in front of the hotel.
The staff can barely speak English, they are a lot of problem in the kitchen. Do not eat in the hotel. We waited an hour to eat a simple salad for breakfast and it was not even good. They simply ignore cleaning if you don't call them multiple times. The toilets barely work. The furnitures are dirty. Nice bath tube but no curtains. If you want to keep your sanity, do not stay more than 3 days.

The room we stayed in was great but there seems to be lack of communication between the service and cleaning staff.

We stayed for 5nights.

First night we requested to make up room putting up the light to call for housekeeping- ignored. Ok maybe it’s accidental.

Second night same thing, ignored. At this point we ran out of water and there’s no refill station only bottled water. So we repeatedly had to go down to lobby and ask for water from the reception because the other floor water ran out. We even put the housekeeping tag on this time on the door handle.

Third night- ignored. The large thrash in our room build up. Had to clean up our things and neatly place them outside our room to make it obvious to the cleaning staff. Even told the staff the next day that our room needs housekeeping and didn’t get cleaned. They said ok it’s between 2-5pm.

Fourth night- joke. We returned late at night and the cleaner cleared the thrash outside and intentionally ignored our room even with the makeup room sign on for the FOURTH night. We got fed up at this point and told the service staff to call the cleaners at midnight to clean it now. So we stayed in lobby for 30-60mins for the cleaner to clean our room.
She cleaned the room, and left multiple bottles in our fridge. Made us quite annoyed. If we had housekeeping the first few nights we wouldn’t have had to always worry about water and going all the way down to lobby to collect multiple bottles.

We would have booked Airbnb if we didn’t want hotel servicing… coming back to a clean room with bed made is all we wanted. This place is good for short term stay.. don’t rely too much on the cleaners. Seems like they are cleaning rooms they aren’t supposed to and not cleaning rooms they are supposed to based on the reviews.

If not just ask service staff to call the cleaners to clean it now is most efficient. (Troublesome but gets the work done at least)

Do not go there. Rooms are dirty and damaged, sockets are broken or stolen and the holes are filled with paper tissues. Bathroom is old and full of dust. The toilet was clogged after first usage. Service barely speaks english. Buffet is not working. This hotel looks like abadonned and some squatters are renting rooms there now. Do not go there!

Do NOT stay here. They lied about the check-in time when I booked then tried to charge me 100,000 when I went to check in two hours after the stated time. Then they told me they didn't have any rooms available unless I paid the 100,000 and which of course means the room was there all along. Crooked. Made my daughter cry. Totally crooked.
