The chaotic room assignments, parking difficulties, and unfriendly staff are a complete package deal.

Among the nearby accommodations, it is the cleanest new building and easy to find as it is located on the main road.

The massage chair was very useful, so it’s great!

We visited late at night after urgently searching for a place for our family traveling from far away, and we are satisfied.

The hotel advertises with air conditioning, but turns it off in guests' rooms. In October, when it's 25 degrees outside, the hotel has the heating set up in the rooms and it's impossible to turn it off. There is air conditioning in the room, but it is blocked. The hotel staff makes up stories regarding guests who are cold, sitting in the air-conditioned room themselves. They ignore guests who come in and say it is too warm. It is impossible to go below 25 degrees in the room unless you open a window to a busy street. You can choose whether you prefer to stay awake at night because it's too warm or too noisy. The pool from the photos is closed, and there is a “restaurant” floor in the hotel, where you can buy yourself instant ramen in a vending machine. The rest is fine, but I suspect that other people also choose a hotel based on the offer that the hotel presents. If I had known they were providing false information, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Hi everyone, I'll start with the good points. The location is great, with lots of cafes and a local market nearby. There's also a bus stop and a metro station. The room is just like the photos; there were two of us and it was fine. Check-in was on time, and the staff was nice, although some didn't speak much English. Housekeeping is available upon request, and everything was great. The room was warm.
On the downside, we saw a bug in the room, but no one mentioned it. The bed linens had yellow stains; I think they don't wash them well. If you want to eat ramen, there are disposable utensils on floor B1.

Nice hotel to stay in Yeonsinnae. The hotel staff behaviour is very kind. It is very clean and amenities are good.
