My sister and I stayed here for a few nights in March, and this was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
The moment we walked into the room, the filthy windows and the thick layer of dust on the furniture made it clear what kind of place this was. The sheets were supposedly clean but had visible stains on them. Completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene.
Finding a cigarette butt in the sink was beyond disturbing and showed a total lack of cleanliness and control. The bathroom was a disaster. We didn’t feel comfortable touching anything in the room.
The location itself felt unsafe. On our first day, we were approached and bothered by a drunk man on the way to the hotel. The people inside the hotel also did not feel trustworthy. On top of that, seeing hourly rates posted at the entrance says everything about what kind of place this really is.
This is clearly a motel that has been poorly converted into a “hotel,” and it shows in every possible way. There is no hygiene, no sense of safety, and no comfort. The place looks nothing like the photos — completely misleading.
I genuinely question whether the people who left “clean” reviews actually stayed here, because what we experienced had absolutely nothing to do with cleanliness.
Avoid this place at all costs. Do not stay here unless you have absolutely no other option.
Small and odd room, not very clean. Stuff is rude especially the night shift. The only good thing about this place is the location. Although it’s far away from downtown but at least it is close to the metro station.
Best place stayed in Seoul, quiet, clean, safe, nearby shops, transportations, market.
The hotel was generally nice but there are some shortcomings. I work in guest relations, so I will write a comment looking at it from this perspective. First of all, the employees are caring and helpful. I would like to thank. The room was really beautiful. Everything you need is put in the room. I think the lack of a set of teeth was a complete deficiency. Other than that, there was nothing missing. If you want to spend time in the center all the time, it is in the wrong place. Two transfers to the center by metro take approximately 20-25 minutes. If you like spending time outside in the evenings, this is far. You have to return between 23:30-00:00 to catch the last metro. There is Seven11 right opposite the hotel. If you need something you can easily get it.
the room is clean and very spacious for Korean standards. the front desk spoke English and was helpful whenever I had a question. the bed was not very comfortable and there was a bit of a weird small. All in all I would still recommend it, especially for the cheap price and cleanliness!
