⭐ 1/10. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

During my stay, a housekeeper threw away a bag with my newly purchased items that was sitting in the room. This wasn't a forgotten piece of paper or trash — these were brand-new purchases in their original branded packaging. Any competent hotel employee understands the difference between garbage and a guest's belongings.

The most outrageous part was the staff's reaction. Instead of acknowledging the problem, I was given excuses — that the employee hadn't thrown anything away and that the bags were empty.

If you value your belongings and your time, choose any other hotel in Seoul. There are plenty of options in the city, and most of them actually respect their guests.

Overall: A reasonably priced hotel with friendly service and good transport links, but better suited for couples or solo travelers due to privacy limitations. It offers basic convenience but is located away from the city center.

The staff, especially Mr. Seo and Ms. Cho, are very friendly and helpful. I lost my phone while visiting Korea, and both of them helped me. I was able to get my phone back, thanks to their concern and help. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom could be remodeled but it’s not a big issue. Location is centrally located and near some really great restaurants. Overall, it’s a great experience and I will definitely book them again.

Front desk is courteous and helpful.

Hotel location is not in the middle of Seoul (+30min) and is best for experiencing local food and local people. The hotel is located between two subway stations of two different lines, so it's easy to get back here from Seoul. Bus stop to Seoul is within 2 minutes walk.

Good prices for food choices that are within 50-200 steps from the hotel's door. Many are 24hr operating. Convenient stores are within 2 minutes of walking.

It all depends on what one wants; we enjoyed our stay here because the room was spacious and the bed was big and comfy. Their TV has 200 channels to choose from. Most importantly we didn't hear much noise from the hallway or from the streets.

Even though room cleaning happens every other day, guests can get new towels and water from the front desk daily.

This is our first Korea hotel experience and we appreciate the value and the location. Your mileage may vary.
