Pros:
- located in one of my favorite Gangnam neighborhoods
- comfortably sized room
- up to date amenities

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, complete with two pillows for each guest. The bathroom was well-maintained and featured a modern automated toilet and a powerful shower. The availability of coin laundry was a convenient bonus. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and proficient in English, which contributed greatly to a positive experience.

Really comfortable hotel, with clean rooms. There is well-equipped gym on 4th floor available for hotel guests. Breakfast is tasty and offers good variety. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient area-the subway station is very close, which makes getting around easy. However, it’s not particularly close to the main parts of Apgujeong.

The main reason for my lower rating is the check-in experience. The gentleman who checked us in had a strong accent and seemed confident in his English, but the way he spoke came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. My mother and I arrived late in the evening with several pieces of luggage, and he did not offer any assistance or even a simple greeting like “good morning” during our stay.

It was disappointing, especially since Korea is known for its warm and attentive hospitality. I expected a bit more courtesy and professionalism from a hotel setting.

Close to a station but far from the airports. Interior is worn and dated now, could be cleaner as found some hair in folded towels and oddly on the bathroom walls, stain on towel and bedding too. A bit dusty around the bed and the shower was really difficult to manage. The taps are really hard to turn especially when wet. Walls are thin, luckily the area itself is fairly quiet.
