Loved our stay at Hotel Naru. No wonder it is rated one of the best in Seoul. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist Joy at the 20th floor reception was excellent at explaining all you need to know. Being a platinum Accor member also helps. Location is great if you want to be a bit away from the very centre but still in a modern district, with buses and metro nb 5 nearby. We loved the views from our room over the city and the river. Good choice if you want to go for a run over the bridge or by the river Han. Breakfast spread was great. Cocktail bar Voisin also very good. We were upgraded to a bigger room with floor to ceiling windows. Bedding very soft. Great, spacious bathroom. Good design. It did beat our expectations.

Everything is perfect. We had a room on the 17th floor with an incredible view. The staff are very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded after requesting an extra night’s stay.
The gym is spotless, there is a heated rooftop pool, and the view is amazing.
On the ground floor, there is a bakery and patisserie called ‘Mapo Eight’ which makes exquisite pastries. I recommend Pain au Chocolat because I am French and it is the same as France with Valrona Chocolat.
An ideal location in Seoul to avoid wasting too much time on transport. I highly recommend it.

I had a really good stay at Hotel Naru MGallery in Seoul. I was upgraded to a river view room on the 17th floor, and the views over the Han River were spectacular. The room was very comfortable, and the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. My platinum Accor membership was acknowledged and it was very clear what was included at that Accor membership level.

I had room service, visited the lounge, and tried the bakery, and all of the food was very good. Breakfast was excellent too, with a huge spread and a great mix of options, including lots of Korean dishes. The gym, lounge, and restaurants all had amazing views as well.

Layla at check-in and Amy at check-out were both excellent, and all the staff were top notch. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staying at Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery Collection felt like experiencing Seoul at a gentler pace. Set along the Han River in Mapo, this sustainably built hotel blends contemporary design, nature inspired storytelling, and a sense of calm that feels increasingly rare in the city.

I stayed in the Premier River Suite, located on the hotel’s highest floors, and it shaped the entire experience. From both the bedroom and living room, uninterrupted views of the Han River stretched endlessly, changing with the light throughout the day. The suite’s layout felt expansive yet soothing, with a separate living area, comfortable seating, and a design language that echoed the hotel’s overall restraint and elegance.

Public spaces continued this narrative. The 20th floor lobby revealed a poetic panorama of the softly glowing river and Bamseom, especially striking after sunset. The infinity pool opened directly toward the skyline and water, while the indoor pool offered a quieter, more restorative alternative for slower moments.

Dining at Restaurant Voisin added warmth to the stay. Meaning “neighbor,” the restaurant presents modern French cuisine that feels approachable and refined, using local ingredients and thoughtful technique. Breakfast here, paired with serene river views, felt unhurried and grounding.

With Mapo Station just a short walk away, the hotel is well connected to both Gangbuk and Gangnam, yet it feels removed from the city’s intensity. Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery Collection is a place where design, nature, and stillness coexist beautifully.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Naru Seoul, it truly felt luxurious from the very first moment. As soon as my taxi pulled up, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff who made me feel like a valued guest right away. I was then guided to take the stunning glass elevator up to the 20th floor, where the reception area offers breathtaking city views such a beautiful way to arrive, especially in the evening.

The hotel’s facilities are nothing short of amazing. The pool is elegant and serene, the bar is stylish with a wonderful atmosphere, and the restaurant serves absolutely delicious food. I also ordered room service one evening, it was quick, beautifully presented, and the staff were as friendly and attentive as ever.

After dinner, I visited the bar for a nightcap and loved the vibe, chic yet relaxed with the kind of city view that makes you want to stay for hours.

Overall, my experience at Hotel Naru Seoul was exceptional. From the design and ambiance to the service and details, everything felt refined and thoughtfully curated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Seoul. ✨🇰🇷
