Took the room with Jacuzzi bathtub. The rooms condition is dusty and have patched walls. Bathroom door area will flood with water from shower. Rooms are spacious enough. But are noisy due to site construction nearby
We also reserved the taxi (jumbo size : 4 adults with 4 luggage size L) for 3.30AM transfer to Incheon airport T1 from hotel. Confirmed the total charges is 100,000won from concierge, and proceeded for reservation.
The taxi company was K.F.C Jumbo Taxi, after we arrived Departure Hall, the taxi driver demanded extra 10,000won for service before 4AM, which we rejected due to no prior information about any extra charges informed earlier. We requested driver to phone call hotel now due to minimal english understanding and he just scolded us SHIBA and let us go away. This imposed a very bad impression about the hotel at the end because the hotel assigned the taxi company and driver to us.
I stayed here long term for over 5 months. Best value and hotel I stayed at in Korea. Very clean, very kind/friendly staff from front desk to cleaning staff.
Great location, right by bus station, subway, a lot of places to eat around, gym right next door.
Would recommend to any traveler for short term & long term visitor
It’s a nice and budget friendly hotel. I received an upgrade at my arrival - which I thought was nice - but it then turned out that the bathtub leaked on the floor and also did not keep the water in - which kind of made my relaxing bathing experience not good. The equipment is great and I enjoyed the LG Styler a lot! Close to metro and a lot of space in the flat.
We did a twin deluxe. Very spacious and huge bathroom. Service was great! Free laundry and water restocked every time they clean your room. Staff was helpful, they would help us call make dinner reservations and call taxi for us. The lighting in the room is a bit weird and annoying to use with how it set up. I would say this is not a family friendly hotel. The room next to us was loud, I’m just going to leave it at that. Definitely more of a hotel for couples.
The room was clean and more spacious than what you typically find in the more popular areas.
The price was also reasonable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
I stayed here during the final part of my trip to Seoul, using the hotel mainly just to sleep before heading to the airport.
I'm quite familiar with Seoul, so I knew in advance that the location isn’t the most central. The metro is a short walk away, but the neighborhood itself isn’t particularly exciting.
The room was a bit on the darker side, but that’s part of the hotel’s boutique-style theme. Some guests might prefer brighter rooms with large windows and plenty of natural light, so it depends on your personal taste..
If you're visiting Seoul for the first time, I would recommend staying somewhere where you can easily step outside and experience the city’s energy, rather than relying on the metro, especially if you are visiting during the summer.
