Hotel GMS, Seoul

Good evening!! I was enjoying in this nice! Really clean and high level hotel!! Nice atmosphere in Cafe at 2nd floor!! Very quiet inside room, and the one who are world level in Korea. Thanks so much for manager!! Very great MAN!!

Very accessible location with many food options available nearby. Room was spacious and cosy with many amenities, they even provide canned drinks in the fridge for you. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The bed was really really hard at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the toilet as well. But the funny thing is they only had a bathtub but had no shower curtain so when we showered each night the floor would get wet.

It’s a good location and cheap find and have the basic amenities, but probably will not return due to the hard bed.

Accommodations near Yeongdeungpo Station are highly recommended. It’s convenient and surrounded by plenty of sights and dining options.

The lodging was decent, but soundproofing wasn’t perfect. Additionally, I noticed the cleaning staff dropped my neatly placed sleep mask on the floor and picked it up, leaving it dusty and dirty. Other than the visibly cleaned areas, it seemed no real cleaning had been done.

The front desk staff handled reception well but didn’t go beyond that to engage in greetings or interactions.

Overall, I’m satisfied and would consider staying there again.

The hotel presents itself as nice and fancy, but the room was anything but clean. On the first day, I found a poop stain on the toilet seat, indicating it hadn't been cleaned. Even after requesting housekeeping, the following day there was long female hair in the toilet bowl, and mold was visible at the joints of the tub. The lack of cleanliness was truly disappointing.
