HOTEL DM, Dongdaemun

Good things first:
The hotel accompdated early checkin for us, on 2 days they also adjusted breakfast time for us as it was included and we had to leave very early, around 6 AM, they arranged breakfast at 6 am. The staff and everyone in the hotel was very polite, curteous and helpful.
Hotel is very conveniently located near bus stand (2 mins walk), Subway station( 6 mins walk)
Coming to the Room (The bad experience):
The hotel room was below expectations, it was very small and uncomfortable, the buffet was also not how it looks on the images. We had to adjust a lot there, my expectations were not 4-5 star, but 3 star as mentioned, but it was below that... very small room, the mattress was pathetic my back is still giving me pain after 2 weeks.

If Location and cost is priority go for this, for anything else just avoid this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dongdaemun! For an affordable price, the single room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. A huge applause for the staff some speak great English and others are fluent in Mandarin, making everything very flexible for international travelers. They even went the extra mile to help me order a taxi. Highly recommended for the service alone!

Hotel DM in Dongdaemun exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and effortless. Its location is perfect—just steps away from great shopping, food, and transport. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome location in Seoul, quite near to food , markets and tourist spots. Staffs are friendly and helpful. About rooms, i love the showers and toilets, quite flash. Room are not that big but it's fine for us.
