Hotel Crescendo Seoul

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very kind. Even though we arrived early, Lucy helped us, and we are very grateful to her.

I had a lovely stay Here. The location is very central and the bus stop is right opposite. The rooms are very clean and the check in check out process is very smooth. Front desk is so helpful and so is the housekeeping. Housekeeping was done daily with a change of towels and linens. Would definitely recommend this if would like to stay next to COEX.

Staff speaks great English. Very nice interior. Room are small but in great shape. Parking available for a very reasonable cost (10k krw for 24 hours). Close to a transfer subway station with 2 lines. Great location in Gangnam. Price is very good for the quality.

It’s very convenient to get around. The room is a comfortable size for two people. The staff are extremely helpful, and the area around the hotel is quiet and feels safe at night. The shower pressure is very strong, and I really like it. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Please avoid booking this hotel if possible!!
1. Dishonest practices. The room type I received was completely different from what was shown on the booking page. You can clearly see that the bed in the photos was rotated, and the room assigned to me was obviously a lower-grade room, yet they forced in a double bed and charged the higher room rate.
2. The room was extremely small. The head of the bed was facing the window, and the room was located very close to the elevator, which made it very noisy.
3. Due to the strange layout (it felt like a storage room that had been converted), there was no power outlet near the bed since the headboard was against the window. In fact, there were barely any accessible outlets in the entire room.
4. I can understand not providing toothbrushes, but for this price, they didn’t even provide slippers.

In conclusion, this hotel engages in dishonest practices. If you have any other options in Seoul, please avoid staying here.

The rooms are horrible, so small you can’t even open your suite case. Let alone the door to leave the room if your bathroom door is open. There’s no space to do anything but lay down on the bed. The top of the bed is where the hot water is which is extremely dangerous
