Hotel Boutique 9

Me and my family stayed here for 2 weeks while seeing the sights, and the service here was really good! The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms were quite tidy, with a nice lobby for late night fixings and talks. Especially to Park Sohee and Jang Eunsong for being some of the most helpful receptionists ever! If you ever want to visit Seoul and see the sights near a convenient location, consider Hotel Boutique 9 first!

The rooms were good, big and comfortable, Toilet and Shower room all was spacious...especially the TV alot of channels can see...especially 902 was good.

Pillow case & towels were stained both yellow and red respectively. Overall feeling of ick, unexplainable amount of dust in what would have been commonly used areas (ie power plugs), toilet bowl wasn’t clean.

We booked 4 nights but decided to check out immediately on the night of. Gave our feedback to the male receptionist, he perhaps was struggling with English, didn’t seem too apologetic and just offered us a change in rooms.

Please avoid, pay a little more and you probably can find better places elsewhere.

We stayed here for 8 nights and housekeeping was done daily. They even changed the bedsheets and towels every day. The room was very clean, neat, and tidy. The location is convenient — just a 2-minute walk from Sinseol-dong subway station and the airport bus stop. It’s about 20 minutes by subway or 30 minutes by bus to Myeongdong.

Facilities are quite basic — there’s a microwave in the lobby and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the room, but no other amenities. The mattress is not very firm, and we experienced a bit of backache.

Overall, I’ll still consider staying here again next time as I really like the spacious room, which is quite rare to find in Seoul at this price range.

Well located with a few minutes walk to metro station. There are shops and eateries nearby.

It is a little bit old hotel. Basically clean, well kept and providing all essential necessities for travelers. Don't expect fancy stuff. Room size is big when comparing with others closer to the center.

Lobby design is a bit awkward. Staff is cool but still helpful. Overall a good value stay.
