The accommodation is quite a distance from popular attractions…it's generally at least a 40-minute drive…and taking the subway back from the bustling areas can easily lead to getting on the wrong line, making it less than ideal for first-time independent travelers.
However, the surrounding amenities are quite good; there are convenience stores and other places to eat downstairs. The room is decent, a fairly large room, but the air conditioner is quite noisy.
Thank you for the wonderful experience and accomodation in your hotel
Overall, this stay was average to above average. It's a typical business hotel, with all the basic amenities, but nothing particularly amazing. The room was a bit small; having two suitcases open at the same time made it a little cramped, requiring some rearrangement of the layout. This might be inconvenient for travelers with a lot of luggage.
The bathroom design was rather unusual, a rather rare feature. It took some getting used to at first, and the layout was a bit odd, but you get used to it after a while. However, overall convenience wasn't top-notch.
The location was good. There's a Daiso nearby, convenient for buying daily necessities or small items. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it quite convenient for daily life. Finding food isn't a problem, and if you're willing to walk a bit, you can reach some popular shopping areas and attractions. Transportation is convenient.
In general, it's suitable for budget travelers or short-term stays. If you don't have high requirements for space and design, it's a place to consider, but if you're looking for comfort, it might feel slightly lacking.
Located near Yooohdong subway station, it's far from Seoul's main shopping areas, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to go shopping.
The hotel has very poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway. If you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.
The rooms are fairly spacious. I stayed with a friend for two nights. The first night it was extremely cold, and we couldn't feel the underfloor heating at all. The second night, we went to our friend's room and found the temperature was completely different, so we asked the staff to adjust it.
Breakfast ends too early, at 8:30 AM.

Go somewhere else if you can
- the shower does not have any curtain, you end up having water all over the washroom
- the breakfast is very basic. it's worse than a high school canteen.
- if you don't bring back your dishes and clean your table, the employee almost yells at you or hits the table very hard. I personally clean after myself, but they have to realize that there's a lot of foreigners with different habits. Maybe paying the employee just a little bit more and tell her to clean after the customers would improve the experience.
- In the room, there's a kettle.... but no coffee
Some good stuff though :
- it's clean
- bedding is pretty good
