H Avenue Hotel Idae, Seoul

Booked STANDARD DOUBLE ROOM and we paid extra and we get economy room. So guys, don't waste your money. Even water boiler also don't have. When I go down and ask, they said it's the same. Don't put any expectation to this hotel. Such a big disappointment and we feel being SCAMMED

The hotel is located very close to Ewha Womans University subway station, making it very convenient for transportation and exploring the area. The room was quite small, but it was clean and well-maintained. Despite the limited space, the facilities were complete and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. However, the price was a bit expensive compared to the room size. Overall, it was still a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is overall dirty

The hotel feels outdated, and the elevator makes unusual noises. The room on the 8th floor was dimly lit with poor natural light. The bathroom was very small with low water pressure, and the hot water was unstable—turning cold during a shower. Housekeeping was not thorough. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and is not recommended.

First, the plaque outside says it is a 2-star hotel, not a 3-star as stated on most websites, and this is very understandable once you enter. On entering, the lobby had lots of bags of rubbish all over, it was very disorganized. The lobby staff throughout the visit weren't often there. The rooms are not like the photos. The room was dirty. There were scratch marks, drawings, and hairs all over the furniture. The floor was not clean. There is no clothes storage. The bathroom was moldy. There were large bottles of cleaning supplies in the corner of the room. Extremely disappointed.
