Flights were cancelled due to the war. The hotel refused to refund the money or even part of it, despite these circumstances. Terrible hospitality, terrible customer service.

Good afternoon. I can't say anything about the hotel. But I can say that I didn't get a refund for my reservations because I couldn't fly to Korea and my plane tickets were cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. Not only was I left without a vacation I hadn't had in a year, but I was also left without money, which is a significant amount for me. I'm very upset about this.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a beach front view. I chose it specifically because I wanted to enjoy the drone show from the property. There’s a nice viewing area just next to our room on the ninth floor and we got to enjoy the show in comfort.

The room we booked is with sea view. But the room size is super tiny. But not even a proper space to walk if you put your luggage. You need to Walk side by side like a crab. Huge balcony, so we rather the space was cap for the room. No daily room service, change towel by request.

No bed frame, is a tatami with staircase. We hate it bcz it's like a trap try to imagine whenever u step down from bed is right away staircase steps.

Location is 10 mins walk from any public transport with uphill downhill route. So it is quite adventurous if you have luggage with you.

The terrace is lined with this metal material that sound loves to travel along. If it's windy at night, you will hear the wind rumble. It sounds like the sky is farting, or sounds like there are construction workers up a couple levels drilling into the walls. Also, our particular room has a loud bathroom fan. It gets louder as you shower, until it sounds like a drill sound. It's fine after you shower and turn it off, but it can be unpleasant to shower to a vibrating drill sound. Again it seems like it's the same metal material that carries sound very well. Or perhaps I should say sound bounces off the material and travels around. I agree with all the comments about bad soundproofing. If you are a sensitive sleeper, perhaps avoid this hotel. If not, the view is great and love the big windows. Just wished they used different material when building it. The consistent wind sounds at night is really awful.
