serious smoking smell in room，but the reception refuse to change the room.
Very loud noise from the AC,very small room with expensive price

I don't know much about the design of the roof of this hotel. The hotel room is small, with a lot of dust, and the bed is too soft.

One of this hotel's staff ruined my entire lovely trip by the bad way he treats people
You are a receptionist ...so be a good one.. nothing else.. don't talk like a boss
He acts like the foreigners are idiots because they don't understand Korean!!
It was a lovely two weeks trip in Korea except for this worst hotel policy of late check-in
You make a reservation for one night and you can't check in before 10:30 pm?

Excellent hotel for the price. Well kept and maintained! Has a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby and sells other various snacks. Would return!

Value for money. Heated floors for winter, comfy beds, clean spacious toilets and an actually good soap/shampoo package with moisturizer. Location is close to eating areas and train station.
Maybe more hangers for clothes especially winter wear.
