I arrived exactly on time for check-in, claiming that room number selection was required—and that Travel.com didn't have such a condition when I made the reservation—but I was assigned to the lowest floor, which led to me seeing the man living next door in his underwear.

I couldn't help but keep the window open all night because of the smell of bleach.

If they use that much bleach, it certainly can't be anything but clean.

First, I'm very grateful to the young receptionist. She was very welcoming, polite, and patient in helping me with many of my questions. I'm also grateful to the young receptionist who helped me with my luggage and even offered to help me find a taxi! I didn't get charged for a one-hour late check-out, which I'm very grateful for!

However, I do have a complaint about the housekeeping lady!

1. The toilet bowl had male hair, feces, excrement, and yellow urine stains.

2. The sink had vomit and stains from the previous guest.

3. There were conch shells on my slippers. I had just landed and checked into the hotel, and there was a conch shell welcoming me on my slippers! Because it was peak season in September, I complained to the front desk about the poor cleanliness and couldn't find another room. The front desk clerk kept apologizing, and seeing her sincerity, I expressed my understanding and agreed to have the housekeeper come and clean the room again. But then the housekeeper came in front of me, wiped the toilet, the sink, and the floor with a towel, and asked me in a very rude tone why I was wearing shoes inside. "You're wearing their indoor slippers?" I said I brought my own indoor flip-flops, and they smelled like the sea, like conch shells, and were dirty. "I won't wear them." Then she started saying nasty things in Korean. After the housekeeper finished cleaning, I used a toothbrush and body wash to scrub the toilet, sink, and shower head. After showering, I washed my clothes with body wash and checked out. The housekeeper complained to the front desk, "I took their huge 750ml bottle. I'm going to take it back home to farm. I used two-thirds of it. It's too much, and this is how you treat me?" I stayed in a hotel for over 300 yuan. Your hotel is also going to regulate if your shower gel is used to clean the toilet or wash clothes?

Located conveniently at city hall area of Jeju, a few mins walk from the bus stops. The room was clean and as advertised; great views of the sunrise and hallasan as well. The hotel also kindly allows baggage storage before and after check in/out.

The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly kind.
Aside from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, there are no amenities, so you'll need to purchase your own.
There's underground and above-ground parking, but it's limited, so you can use the nearby public parking lot, which was nice. If you're too late, there's no space.
There's a convenience store right in front of the entrance, which was convenient.
It's right next to City Hall, so getting there was a bit tricky.
