Golden Hotel

The hotel receptionist was rude, the hotel room looked nothing like the picture, the toilet wasn't working properly, and I've never in my life seen a hotel set a check-in time at 10pm and the check out time was 12pm. That's not one day that is one night. I payed for one FULL day not one night. Completely unacceptable.

C's pros include excellent room condition and size, and the abundance of nearby restaurants. It's also a great value. The cons are that the hotel occupies floors 9-12 of the building, with many entertainment venues below, and the surrounding area can be noisy.

If you go to Balsan Station in the future, stay here for a night. It's close to the station, and the facilities are very clean and spacious! The staff are all very friendly, which is nice~^^

I paid for two regular rooms for two days to accommodate two foreign colleagues and myself. After one night, my colleagues had trouble sleeping, so I asked to change to a room with two beds. They said that they couldn't because we had already paid for it, and when I asked for towels, they didn't bring them to me. They didn't even bring them to me until I finished showering and went to eat.

I use this place every time I come to Magok. The interior is clean, the water pressure is strong, and the hot water comes out well. Also, the fact that it is a non-smoking room is a plus.
