Gloria Hotel

I had a late check-in reservation and was supposed to check in at 9 PM. When I arrived and tried to check in, I was told that the room hadn't been cleaned yet and I couldn't check in. I was shocked. I checked in at 10:20 PM, and there was no compensation for my late check-in. The staff acted as if it were normal, which really made me angry. My check-out time was 3 PM, but I requested a late check-out because I didn't think I could make it on time. They said they couldn't do it because the next group was coming. I understand this, but I really couldn't understand how they could act so harshly and delay our check-in time, acting as if it were normal, and then delaying our check-in by over an hour. They said they would do better next time, but how could I possibly leave? I was speechless after experiencing this. I think this could easily happen to anyone else. Please take note.

It was clean and relatively quiet.

The light blocking was excellent, so I was able to sleep soundly in complete darkness at night.

There is some noise between floors, comparable to that of an officetel.

The room was clean, but the bed was too sagging and creaky, making it very uncomfortable. I only took a shower and slept in the parking lot.

It is fine for a short rest, but paying 90,000 won for a full-day stay seems a bit too difficult.
