Good stay overall. The studio was clean and comfortable, and the pool and sauna were nice extras, especially since they were complimentary. The location is central, but it’s still about a 10-minute walk to the subway, so the bus stop right in front of the hotel was very convenient. The only downside was that the washing machine felt a bit outdated and didn’t work very well, especially the dryer.
Very family-friendly, practical serviced suites. We booked 2 units. A Deluxe one-bedroom & a standard one-bedroom. TheDeluxe one was renovated & well-maintained. The other one was a littledated. Both are clean, big & comfortable.Facilities were good with restaurant, deli, rooftop lounge bar and terrace for viewsand drinks. There's a gym, indoor pool(heated) sauna and spa pool in changingroom. There’s also strollers that you can borrow ( first come first serve basis ) from the hotel
Location is good.
In a quiet office/residential area. Bus stops right in frontincluding the airport bus. There's also anexercise park & children's playground ablock away outside AIA tower. Lots ofeateries around within 200m. Some just downstairs or immediate surrounding buildings ( CU convenience store, Burger King, Coffee Bean Tea Leaf)
My unit a little dated & housekeeping alittle slack. Need to remind them or theymissed replenishing some stuff in the unit
The other unit by my family member is new & housekeeping prompt.
Stayed here for 10 days and the room setup was perfect for a longer stay. It has a full kitchen, large fridge, microwave, and a washer/dryer combo, which was very convenient. Staff assisted with our luggage upon arrival, which we appreciated. Housekeeping staff were nice and accommodating, and we also appreciated that the front desk checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything.
The location is very convenient about a 10–20 minute walk to Myeongdong and nearby Starbucks, with Burger King and a CU convenience store right next to the hotel, plus The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf connected to the building. The Panorama Lounge on the 23rd floor has a really nice panoramic city view at night, which we enjoyed.
Breakfast is around 72,000 KRW for 2 people and the selection is on the simpler side with limited variety. We tried it twice and the menu was very similar both days. The Panorama Lounge is more focused on cocktails and wine, with limited food options. Our room was facing the road, so it could be a bit noisy at times especially with occasional traffic, honking, or ambulances but after a few days we got used to it 🙂
Front desk communication can vary some staff speak English well, while others have limited English, but they still try to assist.
There’s a CU convenience store right next to the hotel with ready-to-eat and microwavable meals, which is very helpful for days when you just want to rest and stay in for the day. We ended up enjoying it a lot the staff are nice, there are plenty of options to choose from, and they also have a good variety of iced coffee drinks, which I really liked.
I’m writing this review on my own because I was genuinely impressed by the service, no one here asked me to write this.
Fraser Place Central Seoul has great facilities and a convenient location, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. John at the front desk is incredibly kind and always goes out of his way to make sure every guest’s needs are met. Jay is also very warm and service minded, making every interaction pleasant and welcoming. Totally impressed by their service!!!
Also, a huge shoutout to Manager Jinsun Park. She is extremely detail oriented, punctual, and consistently ensures that everything runs smoothly and that guests are fully satisfied. Her proactive and attentive approach really makes a difference.
What impressed me even more is how well the team works together. The way they acknowledge and support one another speaks volumes about the positive culture here. Their professionalism truly stands out, and you can tell they take real ownership of their work. It also feels like the management has done an amazing job creating a strong, collaborative team environment.
It’s the people here who make this place feel even better than a five star hotel. Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I can confidently say their service truly stands out. I absolutely love it here!!!
2 bedroom & 2 bathroom with full kitchen premier suite. Staff is friendly & warm. Very spacious and comfortable stay. An easy 30min walk to Myeongdong. Our 2nd time staying in this hotel, simply the best. Shuttle available at 11am and 2pm to various nearby touristy destinations. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is located at the hotel lobby. A convenience store near too.
Excellent service, clean rooms, and nice location as the hotel name implies since centrally located! They were very patient in answering our many questions about where to dine and what to see. They were also very helpful in making restaurant reservations and arranging private transportation. The beds are very firm by US standards (common in Korea to be firm) but you can request one of their limited number of mattress pads (about 3 inches thick) to go on top of the mattresses which made the bed comfortable to sleep on. In-room dining was also good quality and it was wonderful to be within a short walking distance of a bus stop, train station and convenience stores/bakeries/coffee shops. We were able to communicate very easily in English.
