1. Cleanliness
Cigarette smoke permeates both the building and the rooms, making the environment poor for families, women, or business travelers from out of town to stay.
Additionally, user reviews mention cockroaches crawling around in the rooms and hair on the pillows, even though it is not a restaurant.
2. Price
Day use is affordable like other places, and overnight stays are decent.
However, the app suggests visiting on foot, and while the app lists no parking fee, they actually charge 15,000 KRW.
3. Service
Typical of a motel, they talk only about keys and toiletries rather than engaging in conversation with guests; their tone is rude (personal opinion), and reviews mention treating guests like criminals.
4. Accessibility
It is reasonably easy to get to from Seoul National University Station.
I only give it 3 points for accessibility; for the rest...
I do not recommend it.
I do not recommend it for couples. Women would likely dislike it (the cigarette smell is terrible and hygiene isn't great...).
Great location with short walks to airport bus and subway stations.
It smells like cigarettes. It's my first time seeing a place that charges 1,000 won for toiletries. Check-out is at 13:00, but they call at 12:00, which disturbs my sleep. Other places usually call 30 minutes in advance. For 36,000 won, I recommend another motel. There are plenty nearby.
Accessibility is poor. The standard room is old and shows many areas that need attention. The amenities are about 90% of the average, so you have to look closely to see if anything is missing, so it isn't a major concern. The cleanliness was good, so the rating recovered!
The room is cheap and easily accessible.
There's a computer and there's plenty to browse through in different folders, which is nice. ^^
Rooms start at 40,000 won, and the soundproofing isn't great. There's a lot of dust in the corners under the bed, and the unused towels have chili powder on them, so the hygiene isn't great.
The hair dryer is slightly broken.
The indoor ventilation isn't very good. The bed springs squeak, but it's not a major issue.
The front desk manager on the first floor is very friendly.
The bathroom is stocked with toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and body wash.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about food.
Compared to other motels in the area, it's not particularly good, but it's not bad either.
