We enjoyed our stay.
Thankfully, the staff/ owner allowed us to check in earlier. Spacious room. Clean.
Theres a coffee machine and water dispenser on the ground level. Has breakfast and the spread, though limited is very local. We enjoyed it.
Laundry room! Awesome!
Good restaurants and cafes all around.

Other things to consider..
1. 20mins walk from the bus terminal. The pavements are not exactly easy to drag ur luggages. Take a cab or bus. Probably easier.

Good value for money for a short stay.
Conveniently located 10-minute walk from Dong Daegu station. Many restaurants are located on the next street. Good basic facilities, clean and tidy. Good authentic home-made Korean breakfast. Basic gym facilities suffice. Spacious room with a nice tub for bathing in addition to shower.

I checked in on Sunday. The front desk staff were friendly, but upon check-in, I found used condoms on the bathroom floor and the room smelled of smoke. Although there were large tables and chairs in the room, they were very dusty, and the dust would fly up if you shook them. Although there was an electronic wardrobe in the room, the machine was unusable; it stopped drying clothes before the set time was up, a far cry from the LG electronic wardrobes I've used in other hotels! There was no heating in the toilet, making it cold to use, and there was no heating in the hallway either! The next morning (Monday) breakfast consisted only of instant noodles, toast, cereal, milk, and coffee—no jam, and absolutely no other food. The booking confirmation stated that breakfast was included, but in reality, there was hardly any hot food! The hotel is surrounded by commercial buildings, a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, and even further from the subway station. There are very few dining options nearby; it's more than a 10-minute walk to the expensive barbecue street, and there are very few affordable snack shops, or they close very early. The only advantage of this hotel is that the bed is an electric heated bed, which is very comfortable and warm!

Free coffee, laundry, gym and breakfast (7-9am). No subway passing. if you take a taxi, the fee is about 4200-5300. Convenience store nearby.
