Five Hotel Jongno

Stayed here with my Mom for some medical appointments at SNUH so it was a great location for us. Walking distance to SNUH and very nice places to eat delicious food nearby.
The hotel very clean, the service was great.

Worst hotel management ever! Due to emergency and can't make it for the stay and requested for refund. They just declined the request in few seconds, totally money suc*er!

Just stayed a couple of nights at this good hotel! The hotel is nearby a metro station called Jongno5-ga. The beautiful sightseeing spots are also easy to do by walking! The hotel itself was really simple but good. The staff was nice and the hotel room itself was cozy but great. I would for sure recommend everyone to try this hotel if luxury isnt really all that matters. At last, there are also many nearby bus stations and grocery stores to get to!

It’s value for money, but they do have only 2 parking spot as well as location is good but access to the property is little bit difficult due to the narrow roads.
Rooms are cleaned and good condition, bathroom is good but toilet and the shower is together.

Very helpfull staff, rooms cleaned everyday, a lot of towels, you can leave luggage of you need to left for a few days. Its close to metro Station, close to Market.

Staff was nice, also there was a 24/7 DIY instant noodle space. Location was good and it was near the metro station. Though the room was quite small and bathroom not the most comfortable. Also the curtain did not completely block the window, so light would come through. I would recommend it if you have little luggage and stay for a few days.
