ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun

the staff was very nice from the start. we had to book a reservation but we can‘t speak korean, so s staff offered to book for us! also, the room was clean and facilities were abundant. suitable for family trip! the hotel room was spacious as well. one thing about the air conditioning is that it automatically turns on and off according to the temperature in the room i guess, it could be a bit bothering for those who requires a complete quiet ambience to sleep, but for me, it wasn’t a big problem at all! also, many tourist attraction were within 15-20min walk from the hotel, so it was quite convenient as well!

Great staff! They were professional, friendly, very helpful, and they spoke English! Rooms are modern with a nice bidet toilet, rainfall shower, a separate tub (large), and goosefeather pillow/beds that felt like heaven to sleep in. A small mini fridge with free bottles of water were provided daily while we stayed. Only drawback is the lack of a microwave which made eating inside the room a bit hard (I think that was their intent to reduce food smell). Their RENA restaurant on the 2nd floor was nice and a bit pricey compared to the restaurants surrounding the hotel. You are literally 5 minutes away from some tasty restaurants and a open air market with some street food stalls.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze. My room was lovely, with a huge, comfortable bed, a kettle, a mini fridge, and a safe – everything I needed. While there wasn't a bathtub, the indoor pool was a great alternative for relaxation. The location couldn't be better, right across from a great coffee shop and a short walk to the train station. And the Italian restaurant inside the hotel? Amazing! I had some of the best pasta I've ever tasted. The staff there were excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

A standout feature was the in-room washer and dryer, which made the stay even more pleasant -fresh clothes throughout the trip—especially useful for longer stays.

One of the best aspects of this place is its location. It offers easy access to the walking street, making it simple to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife without needing transportation.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

ENA Suite Hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with good privacy. The rooms are well maintained, and they do provide a baby crib upon request, which is helpful if you’re traveling with an infant. Breakfast is served by menu order rather than the usual buffet, so it feels a bit calmer and more personalized.

The location is very convenient around the Namdaemun area. It’s a good base if you plan to visit Namdaemun Pharmacy, camera shops, or Namdaemun Market. Walking north brings you to City Hall station, while heading south leads to Seoul Station and Lotte Supermarket ZETTAPLEX, where you can buy snacks and arrange EMS shipping easily.

Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable choice with spacious rooms, a quiet environment despite the central location, and easy access to public transport and shopping—especially suitable for families and longer stays.

+ You can wash your clothes there and put them in the drier as well - it has a lot of space, you can also buy single use packets of detergent
