Elin Hotel

Very bad! we reserved with agoda. They did not want to reimburse us though we CAN not travel due to the war.

Room was spacious and clean, and had a vintage feel but still modern. Everything was provided and it was comfortable.

However, the toilet was kinda slippery and it was hard to park in the area. Located in Jeju city so that's great. I recommend it, and plus, it's a social enterprise!

Nice location. Compact clean rooms. Extremely cooperative and courteous staff.
Reception was seamless and Hassel free.
We had booked rooms for 2 days one was three beded and for next day it was two bedded. My wife was not well and would have to sit in Reception for 4 hours from first checkout to second day checkin.
Once the position was explained to Reception staff, the staff on duty personally found which room was vacant and did help us to move from our checked out room to new room at 8 am rather than normal 3 pm. This personal touch and service before self was excellent. The staff even went out of the way to make her comfortable and personally heated the food bought for her in microwave. All in all a pleasant experience. This type of staff and service really makes the hotel excellent

Very nice modern room, great staff, easy check in the night before our flight and bag storage. It’s also a social enterprise to support vocational rehabilitation for people with severe disabilities. If you’re picking a hotel, hopefully that helps inform the decision.

Room had an air purifier & a big TV.

The overall hotel stay was satisfactory. The room is clean and tidy. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Water and coffee are compliments. The only thing that was not user-friendly was that there was no power socket closer to the bed.
The wall socket cannot hold the socket adaptor. It caused a lot of trouble when charging the phone and other items.
The air conditioner was hard to control, so I only felt the fan, which was warm on summer night.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is close to the airport, but not within walking distance of the shopping areas; however, the price is low.
