Eldis Regent Hotel

I was in this hotel for two weeks and I was not disappointed. The service was impeccable, always smiling and attentive. Thanks to Jiwon Seo and Seo Yumin for their help and attention during 2 weeks. I can't wait to come back next year

This is one of the best hotels in the city!

The toilet smell very stinky, it has a strong sewer-like smell. Since we were only staying one night and checked in at 10 p.m., we didn’t request a room change that evening.
The next morning when checking out, we reported the issue to the hotel’s customer service. They apologized, but we hope the hotel will take this problem seriously and address it properly.

Tale of two hotels. Original hotel is old and shows it. New 4-star hotel addition built adjoining. Old hotel requires walking up steps to get to small elevator to reach our floor. Walls scuffed, bathroom weirdly had bathtub with shower but no curtain so water went everywhere. TV remote worked intermittently.

Quiet hotel close by to the cathedral. It is quite a distance to find good food and to catch the train, but it’s great value for money so can’t complain.

We were greeted and the front desk all spoke English which made check in and check out easy. It’s not really close to anything, maybe the market but to find a good restaurant is difficult. We had such a hard time looking for a place to eat where you can sit down.

Overall, great hotel, it’s clean and tidy, there’s a lift, and room is cleaned everyday. Enough for what we need to get a good night rest. There’s also a convenience store and Jazz bar in the hotel.

Stayed at the hotel 1 night in December. Wonderful view of the city if you upgrade for a small fee. Breakfast menu was way better than most chain hotels in the United States.

Pro) Clean room, Big TV, full set of amenities, Gym with a city view.

CON) Ventilation in the room can be improved.

Super polite and professional staffs!!!!!!!! Easy to get to by public transportation. NO complaints here. Will stay here again in the future.
