Dream Single House

Vile host and absolutely distressing experience booking this place. I have been to South Korea many times and booked at least 6 different types of accommodation and listings, and no one left me with such distress unlike this host. Absolutely unhelpful, uncooperative, unsympathetic, vile. Would not recommend.

If you want to live in Sewer! You can come to this place. Room smelled of sewer and attached washroom was disgusting 🤮. The Reception is open only for 6 hours 11to 5pm. Good luck finding any response or help. I had to leave after few days and was not even refunded the remaining days. Places like this gives South Korea bad image.
I want to post the Real picture, but system is not giving me any options. Then probably you can make your own mind.
I was not expecting 5 star treatment. I know what I paid . Then I moved to Noble Residence. Similar setup, price but much cleaner and didn't stink.

I was assigned a room with a window and that made all the difference for the tiny space. Everything was fine but the bathroom wasn't that great & the shower could basically only be used by one person at a time.

The location was perfect for me, I really liked this a bit quieter residential area of Seoul. Being close to the # 1 train line was more important to me than being in the heart of some hip neighborhood.

What's with all the bad reviews? Value for money is exceptional imo. You get a room for yourself, where I could sit and do my work. Kitchen is good, bathroom could be cleaner. Owner is nice. Location is far from being central but I liked it a lot. Suits me as I was "living" while working and not travelling around for a week or something. Overall very good.

It baffles me how this place has 8/10 on Expedia. The rooms are disgusting, the bed is hard, and there is visible black mold (you can smell it too). My room also had no window (although I think some rooms do) so it was unbearably hot and stuffy with little to no ventilation. AC/heating unit completely non-functional. Had to book a different accommodation after a sleepless night here which is really unfortunate because the location is awesome especially if you really want to immerse yourself into the local culture and life.
