Daegu Station Bali

The hotel bed has heated mattresses! However, there are no disposable slippers or toothbrushes in the room 🪥

Mini Room was good for a short stay however I wouldn’t say was worth $62 AUD a night. We stayed there 2 nights while visiting Daegu, and the location right next to Daegu station made it really appealing. The rooms were clean, although as the room was a smoking room the bed sheets had burn marks in them. There was no smell of cigarettes though which was great. The hallways are very dark and a bit creepy, and check in isn’t until 8pm which also isn’t ideal. The lady working at the front desk didn’t speak English however was still welcoming and we were able to speak over a translating app.
We were provided with fresh towels on the second day and water, and the room came with a TV, hairdryer and other beauty amenities.

The location is good and it's cheap, so it's decent for just sleeping.

Because of that, a lot of strange people come here.

I saw two couples fighting in just one night.

1. In the early morning, a heavily intoxicated couple was hitting, throwing things, and shouting at each other in the hallway. Since it was noisy and could cause an accident, I called the front desk to ask them to take action.

2. They came up and just told them to go inside and fight. Even though the man in the couple seemed to have lost his temper and was shouting for them to come out and talk to him directly, the employee just went back down.

3. Naturally, the fight continued. I called back immediately, but they gave me the ridiculous response that I should go talk to the couple directly.

4. I told them that I would rather call the police than deal with them, as I didn't know what kind of trouble I might face, and only then did they come up.

5. They only offered evasive remarks to the couple, saying, "We said we'd call the police if you didn't go inside," while the couple banged on the wall and shouted for them to come out.

I am leaving this review because I was so dumbfounded and angry at how they shifted the responsibility onto the customer, even though it was a situation that could have been truly dangerous.

It is beyond anything you can imagine. It is the worst I have ever seen. They say it is the epitome of unfriendliness. I never want to see it again.

It feels like an 80s motel.

I think it needs some remodeling.

The skin toner and lotion are also very cheap.

The underfloor heating isn't working, so it's cold, and they're heating it with an electric heater.

It's not good.
