The hotel owner is a very dishonest person who doesn't pay his employees, fires them without reason, doesn't want to pay them, treats them like slaves, thinks before he leaves, and pays with towels. He doesn't sweep the floors, doesn't wash the toilets or sinks, and leaves the beds very dirty. No one washes there. If you look closely, you can see the foul smell of sewage and chicken coops. The windows and doors are very dirty, and there's hair in the drain and on the floor.

This is a "love motel". We were not aware when we booked. It was reasonably clean, but we did not end up staying the night because we were traveling with family. There was also a bit of an unpleasant smell in the room. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this may work for you. However the area is not great and there's a strip club across the street. Nothing against the hotel - just posting so that future international travelers are aware. At the very least it made for a funny story.

This is the first time I've seen someone give a room I already reserved to someone else, tell me to wait, and then give me a dirty room that smelled like cigarettes. They didn't even give me a refund, and the owner was so rude that I couldn't get a refund even though I already paid. I went home and slept, having lost 160,000 won. I wonder what the point of making a reservation is.

We booked two rooms on Yanolja on Saturday, and the check-in time was 8:00 AM, so we had plenty of time to ourselves. When we arrived at 9:30 AM, they told us to wait, saying they were cleaning our room. We'd already paid, but they hadn't checked out the guests because they thought we'd be late. When we arrived, they hurriedly removed the guests and cleaned the room, and asked us to wait for 10 minutes. They apologized for the weekend and said they'd upgrade us and let us check out later, at 1:00 PM. I was tired and wanted to go upstairs to rest, but having to wait for over 15 minutes was annoying. But I was tired, so I went upstairs because they offered me an upgrade. But when I got there, the room wasn't big or fancy, just a bag. We don't use bags! But the smell of cigarettes was strong, as if a guest had just smoked. The floor was wet and creased, as if the blanket had just been left out. I was so upset that I complained, but the owner didn't come out, only the staff. I went downstairs and asked them to either give me a discount or cancel the room because the condition was so bad. The staff member said they understood and would cancel. But then the owner came in and said we booked through Yanolja, so we should get a refund. But Yanolja doesn't accept same-day cancellations, right? They said we weren't canceling because we didn't show up, but because of the hotel's poor service, and that we had to cancel within 15 minutes.

So, we're traveling with friends and we booked a hotel to rest, but they rented our room to someone else and told us to go to another room while they were cleaning it. Do we have to just sit there and do nothing about it? I don't understand why they'd let someone else use the room we booked and paid for. It's so absurd, the sanitary conditions are terrible, and the owner told me to go to Yanolja and get a refund since I booked through Yanolja, so I was so absurd that I argued for 3 hours and drove back home in the morning to sleep. The standard price on the weekend is 70,000 won and the premium Netflix is ​​90,000 won, but I couldn't rest and had to fight until I got home and slept. I'm so tired and my money has gone to waste. I never want to go there again. Don't do business like that.
