Casaloma Hotel

The room offered a satisfactory size and a pleasant view; however, the level of maintenance and cleanliness was notably deficient. It is difficult to reconcile these conditions with the establishment's 4-star rating. The laundry facilities exhibited mold and dust accumulation, and the shower doors were similarly affected by mold and staining. While the reception staff demonstrated commendable professionalism, the overall impression is that the hotel's rating may be inflated.

Hotel Casaloma is conveniently located with the bus stop less than a minute walk away. The room is spacious and clean. Very impressed with good service from Ms Choi and Ms Boo who provided us with good information on where to find authentic local yummy food.

Can't fault this hotel except it was really hot during winter. Seems like a common crank your heater up to maximum instead of comfortable level everywhere in Korea. Staff was extremely helpful. Location was extremely convenient. Rooms were extremely spacious. Highly recommended. Especially for families. Heaps of child friendly facilities available.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and nice, with a beautiful view over the sea and some green area. I really liked to look out at the beautiful landscape. It was close to everything and the staff was kind and very helpful. It was one guy who could speak good English and that was very nice because he could help us with things.

The breakfast was okay but not the food I am used to so I only ate that once.

The pool was quite small and not so deep. Only 1 meter but it was warm so that was nice .

The gym was also small, the heaviest dumbbells was only 14 kg so I couldn’t train properly. They had one chest machine which was nice.

The arcade hall was not good , but we didn’t know about it before so we didn’t care. Most stuff was broken.

I would recommend staying here 👍 good price!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived—even before check-in—the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They had no answers to any of our questions and treated us with a bad attitude the entire time. We were traveling with a lot of luggage, and not a single person offered assistance. I understand it’s a 3-star hotel, but basic courtesy should still be expected.

The hotel itself has a terrible smell throughout the property. It was honestly disgusting and made it hard to feel comfortable anywhere inside. They also don’t provide basic amenities like a toothbrush, which was shocking.

As for the pool—don’t get your hopes up. It closes at 9 PM sharp, and they even lock the area so you can’t sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The lobby is not an option either, since it smells just as bad.

Do not waste your money on this hotel. It will completely ruin your trip.
