The service is absolutely disgusting
The staff are appaling and aggressive if you are a foreigner. The rooms and toilet are old and dirty. All things in the room is oldest use.

The hotel was okay. Can't expect much. Affordable price. Small room but have bathtub. Free drinks you can get at the lobby fridge anytime you want. Location 20 minutes to Myeondong Street by using subway/bus. Bus station location right in front of the hotel. Subway station is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. 7-Eleven store located next the lobby.

Incredibly poor service. I made a mistake in my booking and placed my name instead of my mother's on the room. The hotel refused to change the name and left us $100 out of pocket as well as looking for a new place for my mother to stay. A simple name change was all that was requested and they turned us, as well as our booking agent down. Obviously to these people, $100 is more important than a place to stay for their guests.

Check-in was no different. The lady at the counter was rude and unhelpful. If this is the sort of place that Korea gives great service awards to, I'd hate to stay at the places that don't get the awards.

I cannot recommend more that you find another place to stay.

Room 502 designed just like old castle, lack of light. The coridor is too dark. Free drinks, canned juice and water for free, hair spray but no toiletries no soap, no shampo etc (must buy). No facilities but in Traveloka they put 3 stars hotel? The ambience just like spooky hotel. I paid for 5 nights but I only use 1 night then I check out and go to other hotel. Not recommended

A very nice hotel, they got everything you need even more - pc, fridge, shower and a huge bath tube; all shower stuff, hair brushes, bathrobes; The location is like 10 min from metro Dapsimni which has no moving staircase, and it was really hard go about hundred stairs up being full of luggage. Hotel building is lighted and noticable, on the 1st floor free beverage, coffee machine and very nice and full 7/11;
The suit was nice for 3 person, very cosy beds and pillows are awww so comfy) bath and restroom needs huge cleaning, but it was not awful just in case; no neighbours we hear, no any inconvenience except a lot of mosquitos 0_o there's our 3rd Korean hotel lately and it was really weird to have these flies over here. Besides everything is cool, and the staff was really very nice and helpful.
