The small apartment had an oven and refrigerator, and the soundproofing was good. The hallway was difficult to walk through, so besides storing luggage, everything was fine. Breakfast was average; by the fourth day, I had no appetite for it. The management and service weren't like a hotel; I could only rely on a tour guide.
Very clean for the price. Good location. Lots of restaurants around
It doesn't seem like a typical hotel. It feels like a few hotel rooms nestled within an officetel. The room condition is fine. I stayed here for airport access, and the proximity to the airport makes it an attractive value compared to the more expensive hotels. Parking is available, but there aren't many spaces.
I used the accommodation, breakfast, and spa package.
Accommodation: It's a deceptive residence hotel, advertised as a one- or two-night stay, with on-site cooking available, but upon check-in, they informed me it wasn't possible.
Parking is also incredibly difficult. I heard the ratio of parking spaces to the number of units in the building is about 0.45.
Breakfast: I couldn't find any hotel breakfasts advertised anywhere, so I wondered why, but after experiencing it, I understand. It costs 6,000-7,000 won. The quality and portion sizes are worse than a Korean buffet at a ham-bap restaurant. Even when there's not enough food, they refill it upon request rather than automatically replenishing it. The staff are unfriendly, and there's a chef walking around, but the food is so poorly done that I can't even tell why he's there. Most of the food is factory-made, fried or boiled. It seems like only a few dishes are made fresh.
If you search Naver for restaurants open during breakfast hours, you'll find quite a few. I recommend going there instead.
Spa: This one's a bit vague, but everything except the jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) is paid. The promotional video doesn't clearly state things like the cave room or the Finnish sauna, so it might be confusing.
It's nice that there's a playroom, but these days, all jjimjilbangs have them, so...
I'll have to think really hard about whether I'll return.
The dimensions of the room were somewhat limited, however, the overall ambiance was pleasant and the cleanliness was impeccable. Furthermore, its proximity to the Incheon Airport is highly advantageous.
