Banghwa Bank Motel

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight the next day. The location is difficult to find if you don't know where to go, and I wouldn't recommend it for people who are particular about cleanliness. The person who checked me in was very nice. If you leave the airport and walk towards Lotte Mall, pass the Lotte Hotel, and you'll find a staircase going up, so go up that and follow the road, and you'll get there easily.

It was smelly. It had a soot smell. Toilet slippers. For some reason, shared toothpaste. Shared exfoliating towels.

This hotel is convenient for those using the airport. It's clean and fine if you're just staying there for a night. The best thing about it is that it's cheap. However, if you take the airport railroad, it can be difficult to find because the GPS signal isn't picked up underground. It's easier to find from the Gimpo Airport domestic terminal. I had trouble finding the air conditioner remote, but it's shared with the TV. The outlets are different from those in Japan, so be careful. The room is small, so the air conditioner is extremely cold. But the cleanliness is the best thing about it. There's a convenience store nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I was just staying overnight.

I had a reservation with this place, but I was arriving later than 21:00, which they don't allow without communication about it. I tried calling the number in my confirmation email and on their site, but both were dead ends. It sketched me out. Cow, no.
