As a non-smoker, I found it impossible to sleep in the room due to the strong, long-standing smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a cancellation, but both the hotel and Agoda refused it. The hotel thought they did their best by offering a room change, but the understanding of customer service was completely different.

This hotel does not seem to cater to regular travelers. Instead, it appears to attract short-stay guests involved in secret or inappropriate relationships. The room that was claimed to be “cleaned” was extremely dirty — after walking barefoot for just a few minutes, my feet turned black from the dust and dirt on the floor.

The hotel photos and reviews on Agoda were completely misleading. For anyone visiting Korea, I strongly advise you not to book this place. Even if it costs a bit more, please choose a cleaner, non-smoking, and professionally managed hotel.

I originally booked 10 nights but could only stay 2 because of the terrible conditions. I gave up the rest of the stay and moved to another hotel, as Agoda’s system does not allow cancellations unless the hotel owner agrees. This was very disappointing. I hope my review helps others avoid the same mistake.

First of all, the bathroom was large and nice. However, the bathtub was covered in yellowish grime, so I couldn't even get in. The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Disposable items cost 1,000 won. There's a parking tower, so if you park at the entrance, valet parking is available.

It was nice being able to sleep warmly. I think I slept even better because each bed had a heated floor installed. Since most hotels nowadays come with a standard movie viewing system, everything was fully updated, so it was great to be able to watch movies I had missed.

While it may vary by room, I liked that the toilet and bathroom were separate. You have to purchase disposable toiletries, but basic bathroom amenities are provided. Water and beverages are provided as standard. Parking is convenient, and there is bread, strawberry jam, and coffee in the lobby on the first floor for a quick snack. There are also drinks and bottled water available that are listed as paid purchases but can be considered free.

This should have earned at least four stars, but I gave it three because the cleanliness was slightly lacking.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets was good, but the floor... and the towels and bathrobes were a bit...

So I am leaving three stars.~^^
